The Bordone LIC is a raw event space that can be used for photo shoots, film/video location, commercials, cooking shows, interviews, television series, holdings, and much more. The venue is comprised of the 3rd Floor Main Space and Terrace, 5th Floor Penthouse Rooftop, and 2 green rooms. The venue can be rented in its entirety or by each individual floor.

MAIN SPACE & OUTDOOR Terrace
Our Main Space offers 5,000 square feet of indoor space with 14 ft ceilings accompanied by a 6,000 square ft terrace overlooking New York City. The high ceilings and flexible room configurations can help you design your next fabulous event. The space is perfect for weddings, corporate events, social events, special production and broadcast, exhibitions and tradeshows, nonprofit, fashion shows, product launches, mitzvahs, and much more.
Maximum capacity:
250 seated indoor for dinner and dancing
300 seated outdoor for dinner with dancing indoors
500 for a cocktail-style event
400 Amp three-phase power dedicated to this floor

Penthouse & Rooftop
The Penthouse consists of 2,000 square feet of indoor space with 14 ft ceilings accompanied by a 3,000 square ft rooftop. It offers panoramic views of New York City and is perfect for intimate weddings, private dinners, birthday parties, cocktail receptions, corporate events, media showcases, fashion presentations, press day events, and much more. The Penthouse can also be reserved in conjunction with the Main Space, providing the perfect area for wedding preparations, dressing, hair and makeup, or an intimate after-party.
Maximum capacity: 70 for a seated dinner and dancing or 200 for a cocktail-style event

The Bordone LIC is an energy efficient building and participant in the Commercial New Construction Program with the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA).
