Planning your wedding at The Bordone offers an array of unparalleled advantages, from breathtaking vistas to expansive outdoor areas, fostering boundless creativity and tailoring an entirely bespoke experience for you and your cherished guests. Below, we've curated essential considerations to ensure your wedding unfolds flawlessly.
Step 1: Tour the Venue
You have to see our view in person. Book your venue tour today! We offer multiple days each week for tours, during which you’ll get to explore:
- The Main Space and Terrace
- Penthouse and Rooftop
- Prep Kitchen
- Two Bridal Suites
- Lobby and Elevator
A visit is essential to help you visualize your big day. During your tour, we’ll also provide our list of outstanding preferred vendors, giving you a great starting point for planning.

Step 2: Choose Your Caterer
Your choice of caterer stands as the linchpin of your wedding arrangements. In a raw space like ours, your selected off-premise caterer takes the helm, orchestrating every facet of your event.
Beyond crafting delectable fare, they curate your floor plan, accompany you to our dedicated rental supplier, Broadway Party Rentals, to handpick furnishings, and execute seamless setup and breakdown on the day of your celebration. As the cornerstone of your event's success, investing in the right caterer is paramount. We recommend engaging with 2 or 3 caterers from our preferred vendor list to gauge estimates and arrange tastings to ensure alignment with your vision.
A wedding planner can also be added to the team. Our preferred vendor list also includes a list of planners and coordinators who are familiar with our space, however you’re welcome to hire anyone you choose.

On The Wedding Day
Doors open at 10am for vendors and load out must be complete by 2am. That’s a 16-hour rental time that includes time for load-in, set-up, event, breakdown and load-out. During your event there will be a doorman stationed at the front door to greet guests and our event manager will be present for the entire duration of the rental to ensure everything runs smoothly and venue regulations are followed.
The prep kitchen space with running water, convection oven, commercial refrigerator and freezer, and plenty of outlets will make your caterers job a pleasure. Some other amenities are two bridal suites, WIFI, and handicap accessibility to all areas.
